How We Operate

Build the machine, don't be the machine.
The business is a system. If a task gets done the same way twice, it belongs in the system, not in someone's memory.
Two things get built at a time. Period.
Focus is the scarce resource. Everything else gets logged, queued, and waits its turn.
Diagnose, then rebuild. Never patch and pray.
When something breaks, we stop it, name the root cause, and fix the cause before turning it back on.
Codify the craft.
If it reflects who we are, it gets written down so it comes out right every time. Old school standards, new school tools.

Our field technicians are based in California, Indiana, Tennessee, and Georgia, with offices in Mobile, AL and Kennesaw, GA. A national partner network extends our reach, so we can respond to projects and emergencies across the country.
