Perimeter Security
The fence line is the first thing an owner's security team inspects and one of the last things most builders think about. We deliver the physical security infrastructure as one package: anti-climb fencing, crash-rated gates and vehicle barriers, foundations, and the conduit, power, and poles that cameras and intrusion detection mount to. It is built in sequence with the site work, so the perimeter closes when the schedule says it should.
Early Works and Site Infrastructure
Vertical construction cannot start on a site that is not ready. We handle clearing, demolition, grading and earthwork, access roads, laydown yards, and temporary facilities, and hand over a site that is ready to build on.
Mechanical and Piping
Cooling sits on the critical path of every new data center. We fabricate and install chilled water and process piping, build prefabricated pipe skids offsite to pull weld hours out of the field, and support pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning through turnover.
